What is the minimum age and level required to take part in this course?
  • Students must be at least 14 years old and have achieved at least the Etoile d'Or level.
Which ski pass should I buy for this course?
  • Students enrolled on the FREERIDE course must have a ‘PORTES DU SOLEIL’ ski pass.
  • Ski passes are on sale at the ski lift ticket offices or on the internet: www.skipass-chatel.com
Is it necessary to wear a helmet?
  • Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory.
Is the insurance included?
  • Students are not insured by esf.

  • To avoid any risk or financial problems in the event of an accident, we advise you to take out the Snow Risk Ticket which can be purchased when booking your lessons or lift pass.
